Your privacy matters.

Toronto Top 10 collects your email address when you request the Local Edit. We record your consent, confirmation and subscription status to deliver email and honour opt-outs. We do not sell the subscriber list.

Email and delivery.

Mailgun processes outgoing confirmation, newsletter and editorial submission emails. Emails include an unsubscribe link. We keep a suppressed subscription record so an opt-out is respected. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.

Cookies and security.

A necessary session cookie protects forms and authenticates administrators. We do not load advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting providers may keep security logs, and hashed request identifiers are used to limit abusive signups and logins.

External content.

Social embeds and externally hosted images connect to third-party services, which may receive your IP address and use their own cookies. Their privacy policies apply. Embedded posts may become unavailable.
